After running mplayer with -vc divx:
Here control didn't reached vo_vesa :( So it's not problem of vesa. It occurs with -vo vx too.

Mplayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: init_video_codec
Althrough -vc divxds and -vc ffdivx work fine.
But they don't work with 15-bit output.
(When I ran mplayer with -vo vesa -vc divxds mplayer forces bpp32 for VESA output
but -vc ffdivx uses "native" yv12 support from vesa side.)
