[MPlayer-dev-eng] New pp code crashes with non-multiple-of-8 height

Hi,

the new pp code segfaults with videos whose height is not a multiple of 8. I 
haven't attached a gdb session cause it happens with all pp filters and the 
problem should be clear for Michael.

If you still need gdb session, tell me.
