[MPlayer-dev-eng] nonworking wmv7 asf

Done. File is either broken or uses unsupported asf file format.
Is it playable with windows media player? If it is, then i should check
how to add demuxer for this file format (there are several mutations of asf
standard used by m$ tools...)
