[MPlayer-dev-eng] code executed twice

i have mplayer-0.50pre2 and if i press the left/right key it rewind/forward 
the movie with -10/+10 sec. !!! and also does the same thing with up/down & 
pg up/ pg down. And i discovered that it happenes only if i use the gui, if i 
do not use the gui it executes only once. This is a bug IMO because i made a 
patch that let's u toggle between remaining/elapsed time and if u use the gui 
u have to press only once on a 't' key but if u do not use the gui u have to 
press a few times the 't' key to change the style og the timer. I atached the 
patch and if someone resolve this bug i will modify the code to work 
properly. Till then ... enjoy ...
