[MPlayer-dev-eng] configure - dga vs. dga2

Hi,

I've found a bug/problem of configure:

it handles dga and dga2 as 2 different output plugins.
but relaly there are no dga and dga2 -vo.

dga2 if no more than replacing Xxf86vm by some DGA 2.0-only calls.
so, it shouldn't add vo_dga.c to config.mak twice, nor add Xxf86vm to link
list as it's not required for dga.

it may be solved using something like:
_dga=no|auto|1|2

run detection first (if auto) then depending on its value set
lib/def/modules variables.
