it's at 3rd party...

   you      BME
      \    /
       \  /
       ELTE
        |
      BANKI
        |
       mphq

routers of ELTE sucks, it seems. or just someone from BME's BGP network
advertises these ip ranges. (BME sysadm told me he can't see such IPs in
their routers tables)

if sysadm of ELTE restarts routers, it gets solved, for few hours.
then it gets routing at bad direction again :(

mayeb they run win9x on their routers? :)
