[MPlayer-dev-eng] SGPL licence

Instead of making MPPL, why not make Strong GPL. It
will be GPL with one more rule: Source always must be
included. So if there is binary distro, the source
will be included and lusers could compile it, if they
find mplayer working but slow:)
