[MPlayer-dev-eng] license tags

Hi,

I think adding license tags to every file of the core mplayer sources (I
mean not the merged libs) may be a good thing, whatever the license may
be, considering the current events :/

If you choose GPL then adding the standard GPL header may be a good
thing, or add it as a footer if it hurts one's sensibility...
Same thing for other licenses (BSD/whatever/...)

Adding also a 'blah (c) 2001 author' when it's not there is also a good
thing...
