[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] display DVD subtitles

Hello,

I have patched MPlayer to be able to view subtitles.  It is still far
from perfect, but you can begin to actually read subtitles from your
DVD.

The functions mkalpha and mkcolor from spudec.c need to be tweaked to
get easily readable subtitles.  Ideas are welcome.
