[MPlayer-dev-eng] Slave-mode patch

Hi there,

here is a tiny patch for running mplayer as a backend to another
program.

When the -slave option is given, mplayer will react not to keypresses,
but to command lines read from stdin, such as `seek 130'; the
ultra-simple protocol is explained in the man page.

(I wrote this because I can't use popen() from Emacs lisp :-)

I have built this in Linux 2.4 and Solaris 8.

This is my first patch ever. Be gentle with me.
