	'libdl' is used by some other systems - BSD/OS for example:

	ls -l /shlib/libdl.so

-r-xr-xr-x  1 bin  bin  9363 Sep  5 15:32 /shlib/libdl.so

	I think the safest thing to do would be test for libdl with a 
	test link against "-ldl".
