[MPlayer-dev-eng] Subtitles out of image

Hello!

I've done for vo_vesa:dga possibility to show subtitles out of image.
But background is not cleared during repainting of them.
IMHO it would better - if mplayer will clear subtitle area before output new ones.
Since subtitles are changed not often - it will not eat too much cpu resources.
But in this case we are free from subtitles flickering even in single DGA mode.
