[Mplayer-dev-eng] Support for --prefix switch

Hi

I noticed that mplayer doesn't support the --prefix switch to configure
that almost all apps support, which makes it impossible to install
mplayer to another directory than /usr/local/... That also means
you have to be root to install mplayer.

Can support for the --prefix switch be added?
