[Mplayer-dev-eng] new audio code

Hi,

I've rewritten the whole audio stuff, using instructions in OSS.pdf.
It should work for everyone and every driver and card.
It doesn't use select().

For most files it's much better than before, A-V and ct: are under 20ms.
But for many files it's broken, so i have to fix it today.
And nosound not supported yet...
After it's done, I'll commit to CVS.
