[Mplayer-dev-eng] cpu detection

Hi,

I think that cpu detection stuff of mp3lib uses cpuid without
any checking for its support... I mean, earlier 486 cpus
doesn't have cpuid.
It should be fixed, so that dear 486 users can watch divx :))))
