Hmm. BUGS should be understand by spanish users too...
It's more than a checklist and list of DLL files as CODECS.

Btw it isn't dynamic, i've written teh well-known common
bugs to it to decrease such bugreports on the list.

But it doesn't matter to much, so you can skip it.
