I've just tried with the Pegasus MJPEG 2.1 dll and it doesn't have the
KERNEL32 loading prob but rather shows this message:

VIDEO:  [MJPG]  480x260  24bpp  20.00 fps  6549.6 kbps (799.5 kbyte/s)
[V] filefmt:3  fourcc:0x47504A4D  size:480x260  fps:20.00  ftime:=0.0500
Found audio codec: [mp3acm] drv:4 (MPEG layer-3)
Loading DLL: /usr/lib/win32/l3codeca.acm  OK
AUDIO: samplerate=44100  channels=2  bps=2
Found video codec: [mjpeg] drv:2 (Motion JPEG)
Loading DLL: /usr/lib/win32/pvmjpg21.dll  OK
not enough memory for decoded picture buffer (0 bytes)
