[Mplayer-dev-eng] MPlayer for Solaris 8

Hi.

Here is a patch that allows MPlayer to be compiled under Solaris 8 as
well.  (It's against the MPlayer-0.17a_IdegCounter release.)

I didn't do anything about DGA support, so --disable-dga is probably
neccessary.

Btw, you should do yourself a favour and make a real autoconf
configure script, instead of the current hack which tries to emulate
autoconf with only moderate success...
