[Mplayer-dev-eng] Put mplayer's config files in /etc/mplayer ?

mplayer basically has two config files, codecs.conf and mplayer.conf. Since
codes.conf is a rather general name it would IMHO be nice if I could in the
debian package install the config file to to /etc/mplayer and have mplayer
search for them there.
