[Mplayer-dev-eng] MP43 with opendivx

[Gabucino]

Tried to play some MP43 avis with -vfm 3/7, but failed..
 -vfm 3 : grey image, and surprisingly enough, no keys work.. (out1.gz)
 -vfm 7 : green image, and keys work. (out2.gz)

Either remove from codecs.conf or fix (possible?)..
