You invented a double work - THANKS you a lot. MPlayer already has a
lot of translated materials. But if you plane to improve documentation then - what
you think about doxygen?

It can to document sources and simple files. It has several outputs like PDF, HTML
LATEX, RTF and more other useful features. For this software you could make
an universal startup file and build links to already translated files.
