it means:
  runtime audio stream changing is planned, but now (at stage#1) you
  can choose audio steram at startup, can't change later at runtime.

about stage#N:
i had a time-table for libdemuxer, and mlpayer.c cleanup.
at stage #1 i removed #include "xyz.c" stuff from mplayer.c, and
moved audio/video decoding out. it's almost done.
at stage #2 i'll remove demuxer stuff and build libdemuxer. i'm working
on it nowdays.

after stage #2 is completed, we will have a much better streaming interface,
which allow changing streams on-the-fly, and using multiple streams at teh
same time (even opening for example 3 divx files at the same time, or
play multiple mpeg files continous).
it needs many changes in teh current demuxer/a-v sync/seek stuff, so it
takes some time to be finished. the first step is removing globals, and
move everything to structures demux, ds, and sh.
