[Mplayer-dev-eng] compile error asf_streaming

Hmm. I'll check this.
Some weeks ago I've changed 'demuxer' and friends to local variables
(they were globals before), as the first step to re-entrant libdemuxer.
It seems to asf steraming code uses it too.
