It breaks syncing with avifile. You should send this patch & description to
the avifile authors (Eugene Kuznetsov), so they can accept it and apply
to their cvs. Then i can merge again and we'll have this fixed :)

I don't want to change any code in loader/ coming from avifile, it makes
syncing/merging impossible. But on my other side i want to apply this :)

Don't commit untested code to CVS some hours before the release...
