[Mplayer-dev-eng] old binutils problem

just realized, that i have both /usr/local/bin/as and /usr/bin/as,
and gcc uses the old one (2.9.1).

but it is sufficient for compiling mmx and sse code, so k7 should
be optional if it can't be compiled with old gcc.
