Hi team,
	I understand how VFW codecs work. There's a driver proc in a
binary codec module that gets 5 parameters, one of which is a message.
When an app wants the codec to decompress a frame, it sends the driver
proc the IC_DECOMPRESS message.

	I see that audio codecs (ACMs) use a driver proc as well. My
question is, what message gets sent to the ACM to instruct it to
decompress audio?
