[MPlayer-dev-eng] QNX alsa

Hi !

I have made some rude hacking to alsa5.c it works under QNX but the sound is 
not synchronized with the picture :-(. (Picture is slower.) I think it is 
some audio buffer hadling problem because the picture waits till all of the 
audio buffer is not empty.
So if anybody who is interested can check it out. it would be great, I am out 
of ideas.
It works only with sb_pcm_plugin* functions.
Any comments ideas are welcome.
