[MPlayer-dev-eng] new msadpcm is BUGGY!

Hi,

incoming/grobs/divx4-reel.avi

it has msadpcm audio. with teh ACM dl it's good (music), with native codec
it's hard braindamager noise.

please fix it ASAP, or i'll swap codecs and re-enable acm for default.

btw, why was the acm driver commented? never remove/comment working drivers!
(even if there are alternatives - it's users choice)
