hmm. we shouldn't even make dependency for mencoder if it's disabled.

we should disable mp1e by default, as it ha slots of problems even on x86
platform. maybe enable only for x86+linux ?

strange. could you look at it? there shouldn't co-exists 2 definition of
this

i've just fixed this one.
