	I can try, but I need two things to start with: Sample media and a
functional decoder for the media (it can be open source or a Win32 binary,
doesn't matter). Can you provide me with those?

	From my readings, G.723 is similar to ADPCM, only not integer
based (apparently uses a boatload of FP ops). I'll be interested to take a
look at it.
