[MPlayer-dev-eng] libmp1e is Intel-Specific

Hi team,
	Since I'm sure you all appreciate my incessant gripes about how
MPlayer breaks on the PowerPC platform, here's another: libmp1e is
Intel-specific. It doesn't have the benefit of all the special
architecture #ifdef's and therefore fails to compile on PPC. Of course,
the temporary fix for this is './configure --disable-mp1e'.

	On the plus side, the new ADPCM mono/stereo decoder works fine on
PPC.
