	I was actually able to manually repair this file on my system
using a hex editor. Change the first 12 bytes of the file from:
  00 00 00 00 12 af 00 00 00 00 00 00
to:
  24 17 28 00 12 af 1b 00 80 02 e0 01
Then you'll get a pretty FLI animation out of it.
