[MPlayer-dev-eng] Bug in http streaming (found by Johannes Feigl)

Hi,

There's a bug in http streaming.

It's in libmdemux/network.c.

The HTTP 'Host: ' attribute is not set and should be.

I guess it's in http_send_request().

(I don't have enough time to fix it right now and Bertrand will probably
fix it in a quicklier and cleanier way than me ;)

http-streaming is supported, isn't it ?

today I've tested

mplayer -vo fbdev http://www.jvc.de/eu/Kino2000.WMV

and it does not work (404 file not found).

But with wget I can download the file.

is this maybe a bug ?
