[MPlayer-dev-eng] codecs.conf parsing crash

Hi team,
	Here's an issue I've been meaning to mention for awhile: If
MPlayer doesn't like something it parses in codecs.conf, the program
crashes. I'm probably one of the few people who notices this since I
experiment with new codecs, but it's still annoying and sloppy. Does
anyone know right away what the problem is? If not, will anyone mind if I
dive in and attempt to fix it?
