I think your problem is:

[V] filefmt:10  fourcc:0x43494C46  size:320x200  fps:200.00 ftime:=0.0050
						 ^^^^^^^^^^

I've also found such a file: HWdopple.flc, I've uploaded it in the same
folder. (at my video I've a framerate of 1000.00)

Mike, could you please (try to) fix this ?
