[MPlayer-dev-eng] patch to disable libmp1e

Hi,
apparently some people are having issues with libmp1e in mplayer (pre-mmx 
users for instance). This patch makes it possible to disable libmp1e if you 
want.
This is easily done by passing --disable-mp1e to configure.

Please add to CVS....
