hmm, i did allready add resize support to mencoder ...

Note: the new swscale one has a small bug / unimplemented feature ...
it can overflow with -sws 2 ... this should dissapear as soon as vertical 
cubic scaling is implemented, just wanted to mention that before someone 
tries to convert his/her dvd collection to divx
