[Mplayer-dev-eng] GUI preview

Hi,

Today I commited Pontscho's GUI code to CVS, under mplayer main tree Gui dir.

It does not work together with mplayer yet (so buttons etc don't work,
i'll make the interface between mplayer<->GUI tomorrow), but it shows
window, and you can play with GUI features.
Please test it as many as possible! There was an ugly bug getting it
hanging with 100% cpu, but I think I've fixed it.

How to enable?
./configure --enable-gui
cd Gui;make;cd ..
make
ln -s mplayer gmplayer
./gmplayer

Note: it is not public yet, so don't tell at -users maillist!
(we don't want to get tons of bugreports about the unfinished gui...)

It's very experimental stuff yet. Needs many work to get it stable
and usable.
