[Mplayer-dev-eng] [patch] Small debian/control patch

We should build-depend on zlib1g-dev instead of libz-dev since:

sledgehammer:/home/andre/devel/cvs/mplayer/main# apt-get install libz-dev
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Note, selecting zlib1g-dev instead of libz-dev
