[Mplayer-dev-eng] Subfont updates.

CVS subfont-c can now generate new font.desc format (this is proposal, see README).
Uncomment this `#CFLAGS+=-DNEW_DESC' in Makefile to play with it.
*.raw files will be 10%-20% smaller and mplayer will be able to draw subtitles faster.
