Although I'm a fairly accomplished user of windows, *nix and mplayer/mencoder I havent been able to get hold of, or work out how to compile, a copy of mencoder (preferably cygwin or mingw as I usually do my encoding on win32) that will let me use liblame as the audio codec (I just have the null and pcm options)

I expect Im making a fairly simple mistake, or Im not looking in the right place, but would someone take pitty on me and either compile it or give me an idiots guide?
