[MPlayer-cygwin] Problem detecting pthread in several packages... (cannot find -lpthread)

Problem is that you have to link with -lpthreadGC2 not with -lpthreads.
In case of static pthreadGC2 you have to link also with ws2_32 and to
define PTW32_STATIC_LIB.

I will try to make patches for libvorbis, xvid and libdv.
