[MPlayer-cygwin] Problem detecting pthread in several packages... (cannot find -lpthread)

Please, anybody say something, what do you think about not detecting pthread. 
Mplayer configurator detects it fine, but other several packages - is the same: 
ld cannot find -lpthread.
