[MPlayer-cygwin] Can't compile NUT (nut-SVN-r517.diff fails)

I have no idea. I made this patch yesterday on revision 661 of nut
which was got using:
svn checkout svn://svn.mplayerhq.hu/nut/src/trunk nut
