[MPlayer-cygwin] dvdnav disabled - dvdnav-config does notrecognize --minilib

OK. I see a number of directories:

dvd-web/
dvdbackup/
ifodump/
kio-dvdnav/
libdvdnav/
libdvdnav2/

xine-dvdnav/
xine-howto/

Which ones are used by MPlayer?

I entered libdvdnav and ran 'sh autogen.sh'. I got the following error 
messages:

I ran aclocal,  then automake, then ran autogen.sh again, and got the same 
error. I am using:
aclocal 1.7.1, automake 1.7.1 and and bash  version 3.1.0(3)-release 
(i686-pc-msys).
