[MPlayer-cygwin] svn 22490 on Windows - not declared stream_fill_buffer, stream_seek_long

When I met this problem at first, I comment the following line in
./configure
# if mingw32 ; then
#  _stream_cache=no
#  _def_stream_cache="#undef USE_STREAM_CACHE"
# fi

and then compile is passed.

However, I think recheck-out a new version might be helpful for you.
