[MPlayer-cygwin] No cache2 support in mingw32

Hello All,

When I run "mplayer -cache 8192 movie.avi", MPlayer displays "MPlayer was 
compiled without cache2 support" and quits.

In the configure script, I see:
if mingw32 ; then
  _stream_cache=no
  _def_stream_cache="#undef USE_STREAM_CACHE"
fi

What is this all about? It was not always like that. MPlayer 1.0pre7-3.4.2 
tells me:
Cache fill: 19.82% (1662976 bytes).
