Ok, what's wrong with these lines:

        --enable-live                                            \
        --with-extraincdir=/cygdrive/d/cdrtools/mplayer/live/    \
        --with-extralibdir=/cygdrive/d/cdrtools/mplayer/live/

Exactly the same path was handed over to the old "--with-livelibdir" and
there everything was fine.
