[MPlayer-cygwin] Current issues

Yo,

There are 2 issues i'm having currently in mingw. The first one is is
strange video when switching in and out of fullscreen when playing a
DVD, as seen here: http://vayne.fdns.net/shot1.png when using the gui
and sub-window. This only seems to happen on DVD's, but works fine with
-vfm ffmpeg.

The second is failed checks after live555. In a nutshell live555 needs
to link against -lwsock32 in it's configure check, or it gets undefined
references and xvid, x264, nut, and mp3lame all fail afterwards. My
configure.log is here http://vayne.fdns.net/configure.log

P.S. Sorry if this gets reposted, I had previously attached my
configure.log but the message was too large.
