[MPlayer-cygwin] codec installation problem ?

I've just downloaded the MPlayer from
oss.netfarm.it/mplayer-win32.php, this finds the finds dlls when
placed in the codecs/ folder.  I think the problem must be in the
Windows mplayer from www.mplayerhq.hu
